This site is intended for healthcare procurement professionals, distributors, manufacturers, ministry-tier buyers, and clinical buyers evaluating medical-device equipment. It is not directed at individual patients seeking consumer purchases.

Some content describes regulated medical devices. Where regulatory frameworks restrict the supply of these devices to authorised buyers (for example, professional-only devices under EU MDR), the information shown on the site is informational and does not constitute an offer to supply to unauthorised parties.

Product specifications shown on this website are taken from manufacturer literature and are believed to be accurate at the time of publication. Specifications may change without notice as manufacturers issue revisions to their devices and documentation.

Formal quotations issued by GHM override any indicative information shown on the site. The commercial invoice, the manufacturer’s Declaration of Conformity, and the Instructions for Use shipped with the device are the authoritative documents for any specific shipment.

Images on the site are representative. Regional product variants may differ — for example, plug type, voltage, and language of the user interface are localised to each destination market. Always rely on the commercial invoice and supporting documentation for the authoritative specification of the product shipped to you.

A quotation issued by GHM is an offer to supply on the terms stated in that quotation, and is valid for the period shown on the quotation (typically 30 days unless stated otherwise). Acceptance by you in writing creates a binding contract on those terms.

All transactions are governed by Incoterms 2020 as specified in the commercial invoice. Title passes and risk shifts per the Incoterm agreed in the relevant invoice.

Payment terms, performance guarantees, and bank documentation requirements are stated in the quotation and in the commercial invoice. Where the buyer is a public-sector entity, additional compliance terms may apply per the relevant tender framework.

You may use this site to learn about GHM’s products and services, to request quotations, and to contact us in good faith for any commercial purpose described on the site.

You may not use automated tools to scrape the site at a rate that interferes with other users, attempt to circumvent any technical access controls, submit deliberately false information, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Nothing in these terms limits any warranty or representation that GHM gives in a quotation, commercial invoice, or formal contract with you — those documents are independent of this site notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, GHM is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site itself (as opposed to a commercial transaction documented under a separate contract).

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded as a matter of Hong Kong law.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts, save that GHM may bring proceedings in any jurisdiction in which it has commercial activities where doing so is necessary to protect its intellectual property or its commercial interests.
