Hichem Khelifi has spent more than a decade moving medical equipment across the corridors that matter to GHM today — from European OEM warehouses, through Hong Kong and Gulf customs, into hospitals and clinics across North Africa, the Levant, and the GCC. Before incorporating GHM in 2024, he ran cross-border medical trade as a private operator serving regional distributors and Ministry of Health procurement frameworks across the same network the company serves today.
GHM is the formalisation of that operating record. The working thesis is simple: the markets we serve do not need another generic trader; they need a counterparty that can carry the regulatory file, the bank documentation, and the cold-chain plan as a single piece of work. Hong Kong was chosen as the corporate base because it is the jurisdiction in which a multi-OEM, bank-verified, treaty-clean trade desk can be operated without artificial constraints.
Outside GHM, Hichem operates a portfolio of premium consumer and clinical brands across Europe and MENA, all held to the same operating standard: documented, measurable, and refusing to confuse marketing with medicine.
